The Playhouse is a wonderful place to hold an event. Whether it is a private party, meeting, music concert, theater production, school event or workshop, we are happy to work with you for a successful gathering.

The theater is equipped with sound and lights, a video projector and screen with a seating capacity of 150. Theater seats are fixed on risers. Floor seats and some riser seats are moveable. Three 3 x 6 tables are available and 8-10 round café tables.
Basic Event Rental Fees:
$300 on weekdays
$400 on weekends
$40/hour for rehearsals, workshops or meetings
These rates include access to our service kitchen/concessions area and box office, as well as a listing on our website.
Insurance per event: $50 (unless supplied by renter)
Security deposit: $100 (returned in full providing the Playhouse has been left clean and undamaged). Full rental fee is expected at the time of booking.
Light/sound/video operator: $25/hour minimum, depending on needs
Box office or concessions staff: $25/hour
Ticket sales through the Arcata Playhouse website: $50
