An Evening of Togetherness

Join us for a super fun night of collaboration, friendship and inclusion with local bands, Mighty Violets and Ponies of Harmony, and Benny Sidelinger from Washington. We’ll be cooking up some cross band jams and other special treats.

Mighty Violets are three longtime friends presenting a musical vision of old and new sounds. Classic guitar/bass/drums (with a little harmonica) and folky lyrics over simple melodies. Some experimentation included. The musicians draw upon raw emotion and connection to create a less ego-driven vibe and sound.

The Ponies of Harmony are a harmony singing songwriting duo of multi-instrumentalists Katie Belknap (clarinet, guitar) and James Zeller (trombone, guitar). They are like two wild horses, these ponies, bandits of love roaming the peripheries. They long for their music to bring peace to each other and to their listeners, then often find their manes tangled in…
