The Dart Procedures

No,The Dart Procedures are not anything to do with projectiles, they are a system of self health movements that were developed by Professor Raymond Dart, that are designed to improve your quality of being. Each guided movement helps you to re-acquaint you with your senses through direct contact with the ground and your environment to bring a wholeness to your neuro-physical system. It is ideal for any age and for any physical state, from those that are recovering from injury to  those who are at peak athletic practice, the procedures gives you agency and becomes a movement and meditation system to renew and reset your body and mind. Classes are on Thursdays 10am at the Playhouse, and are $10 per class/$40 for five. Venmo or cash at the door.
