Written word, Imagery, and Movement Workshop

We Are Here, an exploration and response to Ada Limón's You Are Here. 

Everyone is invited to join Laura Muñoz for a spoken and written word, imagery, and movement workshop at Shay Park on January 31 and February 1 from 10 am-12 pm, and on February 7 at 11 am for a public presentation. 

During this workshop, we will read some poems from the book as a starting point to explore the relationship between words, images, and movement, reflecting our relationship with nature.

Shay Park is a 5 acre urban park with old railroad tracks, winding creeks (including the Jolly Giant), small trees and an inviting feel to spend time reflecting and playing.
