About the event

Legendary brothers Levin (Tony and Pete), and La Barbera (Pat & Joe), have joined brotherly forces together to go back to their roots – jazz with their quartet Band Of Brothers. With a stunning who’s who of musical credits this exceptional quartet will perform a collection of original tunes and standards from their storied pasts. Hot off of his 2023 international Peter Gabriel tour, master bassist Tony Levin returns to the Arcata Playhouse with a Band Of Brothers as part of a west coast tour on Monday, January 15. Don’t miss this rare treat with these incredible musicians who have graced international stages with the top names in their field for over fifty years.

Tony Levin has become the bass and Chapman Stick voice for Peter Gabriel and King Crimson. In addition, he has played on notable recordings for John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Lou Reed, Paul Simon, Dire Straits, Carly Simon, Peter Frampton, Seal, Bryan Ferry, James Taylor, and many others.
