About the event
Come reflect on your current level of personal wellbeing through the exploration of the domains that
affect our quality of life. In 1972 the country of Bhutan created their Gross National Happiness Index
with the belief that the wellbeing of their residents was a more important measure of the success of
their country than their Gross Domestic Product. The Bhutan model, which focuses on nine domains
of wellbeing, provides a comprehensive framework for discussing and promoting overall personal
and collective wellness. In addition to thinking about personal wellbeing, we will reflect on how our
