Creative Sanctuary presents another great show in their Jazz is Peace series. In this show series host vocalist/trombonist James Zeller and special guest vocalist Olivia Obidah have selected a handful of songs to sing with a particular intention in mind. For example, in Stevie Wonder’s beautiful ballad “If it’s Magic” the line  “if its precious, then with it why aren’t we more careful?” takes on a particular urgency in a world where scientists tell us the effects of fossil fuel consumption will wreak havoc on the world we leave for future generations, and, when science tells us there is still hope for change the line…
